  • How does the overall Service & Repair process work?
    1) Repair Request: Describe the product's issue and provide your information. A service case will be generated automatically for you. 2) Mail Your Product: Mail in your product to the address found on the repair request form page. (333 N Falkenburg Rd B212, Tampa, FL, 33619) 3) Diagnostics and Repair: A Fowado Drones Technician will diagnose your product and send you a diagnostic and repair estimate. The repair process for your product will begin once approved via email. 4) Receive Your Product: Fowado US will send the repaired or replacement product to your address.
  • How long does it take to repair my product?
    It takes approx. 5-10 business days to repair your product after arriving at Fowado Unmanned Systems. You will receive an email notification after each step of the repair process is complete.
  • How do I check on status of my repair?
    You can check the repair status by calling us at 813-575-2160. Provide us with your last name and what your calling about and we will get you the latest updates to your ticket. Or respond to the welcome email when your unit has be accepted by our service department.
  • How much will my repairs cost?
    Cost Varies based off of components needed for repairing unit. Once we perform our diagnostics we'll know what parts & labor will be required and we will provide you with an estimate. We have a minimum Diagnostic fee charge if you choose not to repair you unit after receiving diagnostics from Fowado US service department. Diagnostic Fee's: Consumer Aircraft: $65.00 Enterprise / Commercial Aircraft: $95.00
  • What should I ship with my drone?
    When Mailing in your drone for repair the minimum required is the drone itself, the controller and a battery. However customer may mail in everthing for testing and inspection. *We recommend shipping drone in original packaging to ensure proper packing.
  • I want to drop the drone off myself,  can I do that?"

  • Do you have parts in stock?
    Yes, we carry hundreds of OEM DJI parts in stock to expedite the repair process. Back Order Parts: Sometimes a part is unavailable due to supply not being available. In these situations customers are notified of the delay and provided the estimated arrival time of the part.
  • How often should I have my drone serviced?
    Please click on your model drone above to learn more about recommended services and intervals.
  • What if my drone cant be fixed?
    In the event we cannot repair your aircraft you'll be given a full diagnostics report of the aircraft explaining why this aircraft is beyond repair. The diagnostics fee will be owed upon being returned to the client.
